We take the privacy of all of our clients extremely seriously and never divulge any information unless it has been specifically authorised by the client. Information needs to be collected so that tax, corporate and other services that we provide can be effectively processed.

We only collect information that is provided to us by you before work is commenced as well as through the tax office portal.

The information that we collect generally relates to your personal and financial information.

The information that we receive is used for various reasons, ranging from liaising with the Australian Taxation Office, ASIC, and various other government and non-government bodies, but only in relation to the services we provide to you and not for any other means. Your information will never be shared with other third party providers such as marketing agencies.

how we store and protect your information

All of our client’s information is safely stored on servers that are continuously backed up. Any physical information is safely stored and monitored. Any old information is either returned to clients or destroyed with a reputable third party document destruction company.

how you may access your information and change/correct details

If you would like to access your information you can contact our office to have a copy emailed to you. Also if you need to change and/or correct any of your details, you may do so by emailing or phoning our administration and advising the amendments.
